When you use SculptCoach, we collect information you provide during sign-up through Google authentication, including your name, email address, and profile photo. We also collect data you enter into the app such as body measurements, workout logs, fasting schedules, and fitness preferences (body type goal, experience level, available equipment).
How We Use It
Your data is used exclusively to power your personalized coaching experience. This includes generating AI-tailored workout plans, tracking muscle group fatigue and recovery, managing fasting schedules, and monitoring your progress over time. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Data Storage
Your data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, encrypted at rest and in transit. You sign in with your Google account (Google OAuth 2.0). You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.
Third Parties
We use the following third-party services to operate the app:
Google — sign-in with your Google account
Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies, see below
OpenAI — AI workout generation (no personal data is sent beyond workout context)
Cloudflare — hosting, the database, plus cookieless page-view analytics
Microsoft Clarity — usage analytics, including session recordings with form fields masked; it can set its own cookies. Clarity does not load when your device’s time zone is in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages help people, but only after you tap Accept on the cookie bar. Until then nothing is sent to Google. With your consent Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_EXJDPE0HNG, which are kept for up to 14 months, and records which pages you visit, roughly where you are (country or city), your device and browser. It does not receive your workouts, body measurements or any other data you enter in the app. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off.
Google may process this data on servers outside the EU, including in the United States. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it as easily as you gave it: tap “Cookie settings” (here, or at the bottom of our pages) and choose Reject. That deletes the Google Analytics cookies on this device.
